Complexity fees: Additional fees for more complex details like intricate patterns, extra limbs, complex backgrounds, etc. Determined on a case-by-case basis. As a general rule, an additional $10 will be charged per hour of working on these details.

Terms of Service
By requesting a commission from me (“I”, “the artist”), you (“the client”) are agreeing to be bound by all terms outlined in this agreement. This agreement takes effect when the client’s commission request is accepted, in which the client will be notified through email. In the event of a client breaking terms of service, I have the right to cancel the commission.Payments and Refunds
- Payment is through PayPal, in United States dollar ($) only.
- Listed prices are for personal use only.
- Complex details will cost more, determined on a case-by-case basis.
- Half of the full payment must be paid at the beginning of the process, and the other half paid near the completion stage.
- Full refunds can be given before work has started. Partial refunds can be given when work has started but not yet completed. Once the work is finished, no refunds.Communication
- Turnaround time will usually be around 3-15 days. I will provide a full refund if I'm unable to finish the work.
- I will communicate regularly through email (my email address being [email protected]), within 1-2 days. I will inform you and take responsibility should I be unable to maintain regular communication.
- The client is allowed a maximum of 3 days to respond. Failure to respond within 3 days will result in termination of the commission and a full or partial refund (unless the client chose the "surprise me!" option).
- You may ask for a WIP snapshot at any time.Process
- First request a commission through this Google Form. You will be notified within two days if it's approved, and then you'll progress to the general steps below.1. I will send an invoice for the first payment, and we will discuss ideas for the artwork.
2. I will then send thumbnails of the overall composition, for you to approve. There will be 2 free thumbnail batches. Any more extra thumbnail batches will cost $10 per batch.
3. Once a thumbnail has been approved by the client, I will proceed with the rough sketch. Afterwards, I will send the sketch for your approval. There will be 2 free revision stages. Extra revision stages will cost $10 per stage.
4. Once the rough sketch has been approved, I will proceed to cleanup and polishing. There will be no more major revision stages to the composition, except for corrections of crucial details. I may frequently contact the client regarding progress during this step.
5. When the artwork is nearly completed, I will send an invoice for the second payment. The commission will not be completed unless you pay.
6. After payment, the final, full-resolution artwork (.png and .jpeg) will be sent. You may ask for corrections of mistakes should you find any, and I will fix the art promptly. Once you're satisfied, the commission has been completed.Rights
- You cannot use my art in NFTs, or anything related to NFTs.
- You cannot use my art for generative AI (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion) training, or anything related to generative AI.
- I may display the artwork for self-promotion. Please inform me if you'd like to keep it private.
- The client gains the right to use the artwork for all kinds of personal use (e.g., character profiles, home prints, etc.). Crediting me is optional, but highly preferred. However, the client cannot profit from the artwork or use it for other commercial purposes.
